SUP Coaching

We coach stand-up paddling on the River Hamble and at Hayling Island, working with paddlers who want to build confidence, efficiency, and sustainable power on the water. We’ve both raced nationally and internationally, and bring a depth of experience in paddling technique, board handling, open water safety, and race strategy.

Sonya is also a Paddle UK Performance Coach (Race SUP), and a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach and Nutritionist — which means your paddling development is supported not just on the water, but through the strength, mobility, energy, and recovery needed to perform well.
