I work with Triathletes, SUP Racers and Endurance Athletes who want to perform better, stay capable, and keep progressing.
When effort is no longer the issue:
You train consistently, doing the right things, and putting the effort in, yet you are still not improving the way you should be.
Speed, strength, or power plateau.
Skills show up in isolation, then disappear under fatigue, pace, or pressure.
Progress starts… and then a familiar niggle interrupts it again.
That creates a constant background uncertainty: can I actually train consistently and get to the start line feeling ready?
This isn’t unusual - and it isn’t a lack of discipline.
What’s usually missing is reliability.
When the body can’t consistently access the positions a skill requires, or can’t hold them under load, force starts leaking into compensations. Effort goes up, output drops, and training stops feeling predictable.
That uncertainty carries into performance.
Decision-making becomes harder.
Pacing, timing, line choice, or execution feel less settled — not because judgement is poor, but because the body can’t be fully trusted.

I offer three levels of on-line coaching, based on how much guidance, feedback, and progression support you need.

Where appropriate (e.g. SUP or triathlon), TrainingPeaks is also used to support integrated planning.
You don’t need to choose a platform - I choose what best serves your training.​
