I work with athletes, riders, paddlers, and active adults who want to perform better, stay capable, and keep progressing without their body becoming the limiting factor.

My role as a strength & conditioning coach is to build the physical capacity that allows training to translate — into skill, performance, confidence, and longevity.​

All coaching follows the ONYA Method.
This means we focus on:

The goal is simple: to build a body that can absorb training, hold together under fatigue, and continue to adapt over time.
How coaching works
I offer three levels of on-line coaching, based on how much guidance, feedback, and progression support you need.

All clients use the ONYA Coaching app.
Where appropriate (e.g. SUP or triathlon), TrainingPeaks is also used to support integrated planning.
You don’t need to choose a platform - I choose what best serves your training.​
