​Riding is an athletic skill and training your body matters. I get it, you already ride and do yard work, you are already strong. My strength plans aren't just about that (although conditioning is avilable to those that need it). This is about giving you access to positions that enable you to master skills and give you stability, balance and feel when riding.
Riding is repetitive and over time, small inefficiencies accumulate. Joint positions drift. Timing degrades. Certain tissues begin to absorb load they were not designed to handle. You adapt in ways that shift stress distribution subtly and persistently.

BHS Stage 4 Senior Coach and Stable Manager (formerly BHSII), UKCC Level 3 Showjumping Coach. Strength & Conditioning Coach (Level 4), Certified Personal Trainer, and trained Life Coach. Qualified Nutritionist specialising in athletic performance, and body recomposition. Team GB Age Group endurance athlete with international experience across long-course triathlon and SUP racing. Background in rehabilitation from L5/S1 nerve injury and foot drop, with a focus on restoring strength, stability, and movement patterning. Specialist in rider biomechanics, myofascial movement, and nervous system-led performance.
