Qualified Nutritionist specialising in athletic performance, and body recomposition. Team GB Age Group endurance athlete with international experience across long-course triathlon and SUP racing. Background in rehabilitation from L5/S1 nerve injury and foot drop, with a focus on restoring strength, stability, and movement patterning.
