Fuelling for Endurance Part 1 - The Engine

In this guide we explore the principles behind fuelling the engine at different intensities and what changes to the individual physiology and output.

I have to tell you, I had a lesson last week after not being able to ride for two weeks. The first thing my instructor commented on was that she never would have known. She was so proud of how well my aids remained steady and so much more controlled. So I will be yelling from the hills to anyone who will listen that your program is beyond effective and worth their weight in gold.
