The ARKA Method

ARKA means inner sun. For us it's not poetic. It is literally the source of our strength. The place strength comes from when the body isn’t fighting itself. Most people haven’t felt that in a long time. They’re training on top of tension, stress, poor sleep, pain they’ve normalised, and a system that’s already red-lined. They add more effort and call it discipline. Then they wonder why nothing changes.

When the system is overloaded, the work doesn’t register. The body protects, holds, and refuses to adapt. That’s the plateau. Not a character flaw. Not a lack of drive. Just physiology doing what it does when it feels under threat. Push harder from there and you don’t get stronger. You just get tired. And eventually, burnt out.

ARKA doesn’t start with “less.” It starts with getting the body into a state where training actually lands. Breath that doesn’t collapse under load. Posture that can hold the spine without bracing for dear life. Core support that doesn’t leak force. Movement patterns that don’t cost more energy than they give. Once that baseline is re-established, the body responds. It has to. That’s what it’s built for.

From that point, strength training does what it’s supposed to do. Muscle builds. Power increases. Conditioning improves without frying your system. Endurance becomes something you can sustain instead of survive. Progress compounds instead of stalls. And you don’t have to drag yourself through it, hype yourself up for it, or fight your own body every step of the way.

This is not “motivation.” It’s not mindset. It’s not high-performance coaching layered on top of exhaustion. This is training that works because your body can respond to it. No wasted effort. No forcing. No collapse on the other side.

Strength you don’t have to fight for.

The ARKA method is for people who want strength and performance that lasts. Not a peak-and-crash cycle. Not a good season followed by a long rebuild. Just steady, sustainable progress that doesn’t require you to burn yourself down to get it.

Focus S&C Coaching

A structured plan with more ~ 6 workouts per week, including strength, mobility, conditioning, and light cross-training. Delivered in 4–6 week progressive blocks, tailored to your equipment and fitness level. Designed to take the guesswork out of training so you know exactly what to do and when. Includes Core Flow Trainerize App and  access to the Core Flow community for support and motivation.

Performance S&C Coaching

A coaching programme with more than 9 workouts per week, combining strength, conditioning, and cross-training for balance. Includes TrainingPeaks Premium and the Core Flow Coaching App, plus a personalised Annual Training Plan  with your main races and events. I review your training data and provide feedback to guide your next phase, with in-app messaging for accountability and ongoing support.

Peak Performance S&C Coaching

My highest-level coaching package, including everything in Performance Coaching,  plus unlimited programming, technique video analysis,  strength progression load & %1RM monitoring and guidance. You’ll also receive nutrition coaching (normally £60/month) and a fully customised Annual Training Plan. With priority support, data review and oversight, this tier gets my top focus and is designed for athletes who want a fully tailored programme and the best results.

I only have 5 coaching seats for this level at a time to preserve the time load each require.

How You’ll Access Your Training

ONYA Coaching App (powered by Trainerize)

This is my custom app where you’ll find all your strength and mobility sessions.

  • Videos & Instructions: Every exercise comes with a video and clear cues, so you know exactly what to do.

  • Tailored to You: I’ll set the programme based on your equipment and needs, so it works whether you’re training at home, outdoors, or in the gym.

  • Progress Tracking: Log your workouts, reps, and progress directly in the app.

  • Support: You’ll also get tips, reminders, and (in performance coaching tiers) direct messaging to keep you on track.

Think of it as your personal training hub for strength and mobility.

 

TrainingPeaks

This is where you’ll find your sports specific conditioning and endurance sessions.

  • Easy Calendar View: See your week mapped out at a glance.

  • Device Sync: If you use a GPS watch or bike computer, your sessions can sync automatically both to your device and so your data uploads after training.  For bike workouts, the workouts are sent direct to Training Peaks Virtual.

  • Progress Metrics: It tracks pace, heart rate, power, and other training stats to show how your fitness improves over time.

  • Plan Delivery: Your sessions are delivered in structured training blocks
