This programme is designed to help you work on:

  • Lower-leg stability without gripping

  • Hip and pelvis dissociation for a more independent, balanced seat

  • Glute, hamstring and calf strength to support two-point, approaches and landings

  • Postural and scapular control for steadier, softer rein contact
